  Necessary Regulations For Junior & Senior High School Screenings

Please understand. Because there is no way to meet every request, each video is available on a first ordered, first served basis. All videos on this site are available without cost to public, parochial, and recognized private junior and senior high schools only.

1. We regret that we can only offer this free service to secondary educators in the U.S. and Canada.

2. Bookings will be filled on a first come, first served basis. When the video is booked you will receive a confirmation from us showing the title and date of showing. If you do not receive a confirmation the video is not booked.

3. All videos must be ordered on official school stationery by mail or fax, by a school administrator, department head, or teacher. For each video requested, list title, first choice screening date, and second choice screening date. We do not accept phone orders.

4. Videos must be shown during school hours, Monday through Friday only. There are no screenings allowed on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, or after school hours for any reason.

5. Videos must be shown on school property for You must report!classroom or assembly use as part of an existing school curriculum.

6. Videos can be kept for no more than 3 days and must be returned immediately after use in the prepaid package provided. However, they can and should be shown as often as possible within your scheduled dates.

7. Users must return the user report filled out in detail for each video screened. Show the videos as often as you wish, but please report. It is your report that allows this free loan program to continue.

8. Schools will not be responsible for any rental or shipping costs unless the above regulations are broken. The schools will then be billed an appropriate rental, postage and handling fee. Videos may not be copied or duplicated for any reason.
