Necessary Regulations For Junior & Senior High School
Screenings
Please understand. Because there is no way to meet every request, each video is
available on a first ordered, first served basis. All videos on this site are
available without cost to public, parochial, and recognized private junior and
senior high schools only.
1. We regret that we
can only offer this free service to secondary educators in the U.S. and Canada.
2. Bookings will be
filled on a first come, first served basis. When the video is booked you will
receive a confirmation from us showing the title and date of showing. If you do
not receive a confirmation the video is not booked.
3. All videos must be
ordered on official school stationery by mail or fax, by a school administrator,
department head, or teacher. For each video requested, list title, first choice
screening date, and second choice screening date. We do not accept phone orders.
4. Videos must be shown
during school hours, Monday through Friday only. There are no screenings allowed
on Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays, or after school hours for any reason.
5. Videos must be shown
on school property for classroom
or assembly use as part of an existing school curriculum.
6. Videos can be kept
for no more than 3 days and must be returned immediately after use in the prepaid
package provided. However, they can and should be shown as often as possible within
your scheduled dates.
7. Users must return
the user report filled out in detail for each video screened. Show the videos
as often as you wish, but please report. It is your report that allows this free
loan program to continue.
8. Schools will not
be responsible for any rental or shipping costs unless the above regulations are
broken. The schools will then be billed an appropriate rental, postage and handling
fee. Videos may not be copied or duplicated for any reason.
After ordering please share this online catalog with another teacher
who uses video in their curriculum, by passing on this Internet address:
