Necessary Requirements:

Please understand. Because there is no way to meet every request, each video is available on a first ordered, first served basis. All videos on this site are available without cost to correctional institutions only.

1. We regret that we can only offer this free service to correctional facilities in the U.S. and Canada.

2. Bookings will be filled on a first come, first served basis. When the video is booked you will receive a confirmation from us showing the title and date of showing. If you do not receive a confirmation the video is not booked.

3. All videos must be ordered on official institution stationery by mail or fax, (see order form) by the warden or chaplain. For each video requested, list title, first choice screening date, and second choice screening date. We do NOT accept phone orders.

4. Videos may be shown at the correctional insitution only.

5. Videos can be kept for no more than 5 days and must be returned immediately after use in the prepaid package provided. However, they can and should be shown as often as possible within your scheduled dates.

6. Users must return the user report filled out in detail for each video screened. Show the videos as often as you wish, but please report. It is your report that allows this free loan program to continue.

7. Institutions will not be responsible for any rental or shipping costs unless the above regulations are broken. The institutions will then be billed an appropriate rental, postage and handling fee.

8. Videos may not be copied or duplicated for any reason.

A User Report is provided with each free loan video you request. We cannot stress enough the importance of completing this report for every one of these free loan videos you show.

You may choose to either fill out the card that arrives with your video, and send it postpaid when you return the video, or submit the online report provided for your convenience.

This Free Loan Program is made possible only by the generous support of caring individuals and foundations across the country who care, as we do, about the task of reaching those in need of moral direction.

We depend on your reports alone to monitor this program's effectiveness and therefore must require your compliance in order to continue providing this service.

To put it bluntly, if the reports stop, the support stops and that means no more free loan video.
